Do you use chemicals when cleaning?

We recommend a biocide treatment after both a roof clean and a driveway/patio clean, this is to ensure 99.99% of biological growth dies and decomposes. Biocide keeps cleaning the surface over time so its impossible to miss any biological growth on your surface.

In some occasions we may recommend using other chemicals for tougher stains for example black lichen.

How often should I have my roof cleaned?

We recommend joining our roof maintenance plan once the roof has had a full clean, this is to ensure it stays the cleanest it can possibly be! The maintenance plan allows your roof to have biocide applied every 12 months for a cheaper price then getting your roof cleaned every 4-5 years.
